TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE USO

1. ACEPTACIÓN DE LAS CONDICIONES

Bienvenido a Glynu.com, gestionado por Alejandro Martínez. Las presentes Condiciones de servicio rigen su acceso y uso de la aplicación web Glynu (disponible para cualquier navegador), y cualquier servicio relacionado (en conjunto, el "Servicio").

Al utilizar el Servicio, usted acepta quedar vinculado por estas Condiciones. Si no está de acuerdo, le rogamos que no utilice el Servicio.

2. DESCRIPCIÓN DEL SERVICIO

Glynu es una aplicación de seguimiento de la salud diseñada para ayudar a los usuarios a controlar su salud metabólica, incluidos los niveles de glucosa, las comidas, el peso y otros parámetros de salud. El servicio ofrece herramientas para registrar datos, generar información útil y facilitar el autocontrol y el seguimiento de la diabetes.

Glynu ofrece únicamente herramientas educativas de seguimiento de la salud e información útil. NO es un dispositivo médico.

3. REQUISITOS DE ACCESO Y REGISTRO

Debe tener al menos 18 años para utilizar el Servicio. Es responsable de proporcionar información veraz y completa durante el registro, así como de mantener la confidencialidad de los datos de acceso a su cuenta. Se compromete a notificarnos inmediatamente cualquier uso no autorizado de su cuenta.

4. DESCARGO DE RESPONSABILIDAD MÉDICA

IMPORTANTE: Glynu no es un dispositivo médico y no ofrece diagnósticos médicos, tratamientos, ni toma decisiones clínicas. El Servicio tiene fines exclusivamente educativos e informativos y no sustituye a los profesionales sanitarios titulados.

Para el descargo de responsabilidad médica completo, incluyendo información sobre fórmulas utilizadas, variabilidad individual, limitaciones de garantía y protocolos de emergencia, consulte nuestro Descargo de Responsabilidad Médica independiente.

Al utilizar el Servicio, usted reconoce que ha leído y acepta el Descargo de Responsabilidad Médica en su totalidad.

5. CONTENIDO DEL USUARIO Y DERECHOS SOBRE LOS DATOS

Los usuarios conservan la plena titularidad de sus datos personales y de salud. Glynu no reclama la titularidad de los historiales médicos ni de los registros personales.

Al utilizar el Servicio, usted concede a Glynu una licencia limitada y no exclusiva para almacenar, procesar y analizar su contenido de usuario con el único fin de prestar el Servicio y mejorar nuestras funciones.

Tus datos de salud se almacenan directamente en tu propia cuenta de Firebase. El titular del proyecto no tiene acceso a tus datos de salud ni dispone de ninguna copia. Al eliminar tu cuenta, todos tus datos se eliminan permanentemente de Firebase de forma inmediata. Puedes exportar tus datos en cualquier momento a través de la configuración de la aplicación.

6. PRIVACIDAD Y PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS

Tu privacidad es importante para nosotros. Te invitamos a consultar nuestra Política de Privacidad, que también rige el uso que hagas del Servicio, para conocer nuestras prácticas en materia de recopilación y uso de tu información.

El usuario se compromete a no utilizar el Servicio con fines ilícitos ni a infringir ninguna ley o normativa. Las actividades prohibidas incluyen, entre otras:

Nos reservamos el derecho a suspender o cancelar tu cuenta en cualquier momento por incumplir estas Condiciones o por cualquier otra conducta que consideremos perjudicial para el Servicio o para otros usuarios.

También puedes cancelar tu cuenta en cualquier momento a través de los ajustes de la aplicación.

10. EXENCIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD Y LIMITACIÓN

La aplicación se ofrece "tal cual" y "según esté disponible". No ofrecemos garantías de ningún tipo, ni explícitas ni implícitas, sobre su funcionamiento, su adecuación para un propósito particular o que no infringirá derechos de terceros.

No podemos garantizar un acceso sin interrupciones ni errores. Tú eres responsable de tus decisiones. Dado que la aplicación es gratuita, nuestra responsabilidad es limitada: en la medida en que la ley lo permita, Glynu no será responsable de ningún daño indirecto, accidental, especial o consecuente.

11. INDEMNIZACIÓN

Al usar nuestra aplicación, aceptas que si tu uso del servicio o el incumplimiento de estas Condiciones causa algún problema, daño, pérdida o gasto a Glynu.com, tú serás responsable de cubrir esos costes y defender a Glynu.com de cualquier reclamación que surja de ello.

Podemos modificar estas Condiciones en cualquier momento. Le notificaremos cualquier cambio sustancial por correo electrónico o a través del Servicio. El uso continuado del Servicio tras dicha notificación implica la aceptación de las Condiciones actualizadas.

Este aviso legal se rige por la legislación española. Para cualquier controversia derivada del uso de este sitio, las partes se someten a los juzgados y tribunales competentes de España.

Welcome to Glynu.com, managed by Alejandro Martínez. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Glynu web application (available on any browser), and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

Glynu is a health tracking application designed to help users manage their metabolic health, including glucose levels, meals, weight and other health parameters. The Service provides tools to record data, generate useful insights and facilitate self-monitoring and diabetes management.

Glynu offers only educational health tracking tools and useful information. It is NOT a medical device.

3. ACCESS REQUIREMENTS AND REGISTRATION

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration, as well as maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

IMPORTANT: Glynu is not a medical device and does not offer medical diagnoses, treatments or clinical decisions. The Service is for educational and informational purposes only and does not replace qualified healthcare professionals.

5. USER CONTENT AND DATA RIGHTS

Users retain full ownership of their personal and health data. Glynu does not claim ownership of medical records or personal logs.

By using the Service, you grant Glynu a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and analyse your user content solely for the purpose of providing the Service and improving our features.

Your health data is stored directly in your own Firebase account. The project owner has no access to your health data and holds no copies of it. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted from Firebase immediately. You can export your data at any time through the application settings.

Your privacy matters to us. We invite you to consult our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to learn about our information collection and use practices.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. You are responsible for your own decisions. Since the application is free, our liability is limited: to the extent permitted by law, Glynu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

By using our application, you agree that if your use of the Service or breach of these Terms causes any problem, damage, loss or expense to Glynu.com, you will be responsible for covering those costs and defending Glynu.com against any claim arising from it.

12. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any substantial changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service following such notification implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of this site, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals of Spain.
